Hello, good evening, i’d like to thank you for joining us at such a terrible time. Fortunately it turns out the chimpanzee-zombie apocalypse was a hoax. Since all the admins and moderators have been busy taking shelter and no longer making contact with the rest of the world it appears that this community has totally died, which is sad…. This was once a booming place to come play Minecraft. We had many many servers and it seems it’s all dwindled to nothing. I can assure you that reviving this community is on my mind, however many of the important people that made it so great are gone. Many of our resources we had we gave up while hiding from the chimpanzee-zombies. Not to mention that i am almost certain that the majority of our previous staff believe that the chimpanzee-zombies are real because of malnutrition due to the lack of investment in their survival bunkers. Reviving this community may take a serious amount of time, such a large amount of time that i’m certain i couldn’t do it alone given my current schedule.
Here is what i propose: I’ll be tweeting this link and sharing this link to this post with past community members i’m looking to get feedback on who’s willing to help restart this thing we need a handful of moderators and at least one other admin besides myself i want people to comment on this post.

Hey guys we (as management) have become quite inactive, we all have busy lives and blah blah blah.
Here is our issue we can cut our costs a lot if we kill a server (or two)
Status of things:
Please note we haven’t really been promoting things for over two weeks so all these stats are our existing and not growing player base. (small analysis would say that the FTB server is the least popular and least self perpetuating (also it has a ton of technical issues) while factions hasn’t really been managed at all over the last month or so)
We ask you to vote! we don’t know what to do so lets let you make the decision for us (actually we are lazy)
We have stuck with this host for over three years and now we have won a contest for free hosting for a year, with 6 times the specs of what we have now.
Ok so we’ve been having issue with the map for our FTB server and we needed to reset, and while we were at it we switched to the ultimate pack and dropped Mindcrack…
In case you didn’t notice, or just woke up to the news, 1.5 is released. We cannot update our servers until CraftBukkit releases their build; at which point we will update ASAP, so enjoy 1.4.7 for now.
For now on connect to SMP.Nickfost.com. Soon Nickfost.com will not work. The website remains nickfost.com and it will forever.
Once the ball for Minecraft 1.5 drops we will work hard to wipe everything and start over with a complete reset of player data and maps. However donation based statuses won’t extended or be lost. We want to continue providing the best survival experience to our players as we have done for the last 2 and a half years. So if you have a suggestion, please comment below letting us know of your ideas or suggestions.
